Dredgerman's Breakfast is essentially a toasted sandwich laden with
freshly caught oysters and streaky bacon, dripping through with fat
to soak the bread. A simple, yet filling starter prior to braving the
winds off the North Sea Coast, it was washed down with strong black
tea to aid digestion.
